H2H Team

Sean Corvelle

Welcome to Hoorah 2 Heroes! I am very excited to have you visit us here at the site of H2H. We are a growing group of people dedicated to living our lives as best we can, in service and honor to our fellow humans and Heroes all over the world. Our mission is to acknowledge and support people, charitable organizations, and special projects that provide aid, strength, and inspiration to others. In doing so, we seek to build and nurture a community, where people can grow and encourage others to find the hero in themselves. What began for me as a feeling of gratitude for our military service men and women around the world, has grown into a respect and honor for all people that love, sacrifice, and give service to others. . The ever-expanding number of men and women you will find in the Hoorah 2 Heroes community personify that spirit, and do their best to lead by example, thus inspiring the people around them to do the same. Every new member joining the Hoorah 2 Heroes family will receive an H2H patch or sticker as an invitation to the group. I hope that you’ll display them with pride, and when asked what they represent, I hope that you’ll take that opportunity to spread H2H’s message, and advance our mission. I don’t seek to lead, and I don’t feel the need to follow, but I will travel with any on a positive journey. I give honor to, and I am inspired by, all our H2H members, and I am proud to be a part of this group. I invite you to share and join us.info soon.

Lena Anderson - Co-Founder of H2H

Those that know me would all agree that I’m a nurturer both at heart, and by choice. That’s what makes my involvement with Hoorah 2 Heroes such a natural fit. The mission and vision of this group embodies my belief that we should all lift others up, and honor good in this world. This community is quickly becoming a powerful channel for our members to identify the everyday heroes in our lives, and to come together to encourage and support those individuals. I hope that you’ll join our family, and help us as we strive to create positive examples for others, and acknowledge those that put the needs and growth of others ahead of their own.

Here at Hoorah 2 Heroes, you’ll find a diverse group of people that come from all walks of life. Additionally, we are building a truly global community, with members joining us not only from the United States, but from other countries as well, such as Canada and the United Kingdom. Our message is simple – we’re here to honor those that place another’s life before their own. Our members bring with them a wealth of positive energy, which we channel to support those who desperately need an emotional boost, in order to persevere in the face of adversity. We do this by getting involved in our local communities, and by spreading this message to others who may need just a little inspiration to find the hero in themselves. I feel honored to be a member of this kind and supportive family, one that has already given me so many amazing experiences and memories. Please join us, and I’m certain you’ll discover the same!

Lead Editor & Writer

Matt writes and edits the content of the H2H website, and has been a member of the group since 2013.

Coming from a very diverse background, and originating from the United Kingdom, I have always found great satisfaction in supporting and raising awareness for those who are less fortunate. Through Hoorah 2 Heroes, I’ve been able to connect with an entire group of like-minded and dedicated people, who strive daily to help others face life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals. The work done by this group has inspired me to live my own life to the fullest, and better appreciate all that I’ve been given.  As one of my fellow countrymen said during his walk across America to raise awareness of PTSD, “Fear nothing, experience everything.”

I look forward to meeting more members of the H2H family, and helping them motivate others in the future.

I originally came to Hoorah 2 Heroes through Jason Bracher-Musty. Right around the time that H2H was formed, he and I participated in a Tough Mudder together, at which I also had the opportunity to meet Sean Corvelle. I quickly noticed that the group was about more than just physical fitness; it’s about camaraderie, living life to the fullest, and most importantly, supporting each other and those who sacrifice of themselves to improve the lives of others. Being a member has brought me close to people who embody the ideals of H2H, people who have helped me grow and inspire me to be a better person. I hope to bring my expertise to H2H, and to further advance its mission of inspiring people to be the best they can be!

Katrina Stewart
Web Designer

I first came to Hoorah 2 Heroes through a web design internship. The more I learned about the group, the more inspired I became to create a website that reflected the spirit and energy exhibited through this incredible community of people. This opportunity quickly became more than just a chance to further develop my professional skills. Rather, I learned to live life the best that I can, and to inspire and empower others to do the same. I’m proud to have had the opportunity to work with and share my ideas with such an amazing and inspirational group of individuals, and I look forward to seeing what else this growing community will do in the years to come.

Graphic Designer

During my years on this big blue marble, I’ve come to appreciate that every single day, every person, and every opportunity are truly unique. I’m able to find inspiration everywhere I turn, in my environment, in nature, and in the people I know and meet. It fuels my creative energy, and I feel honored to give that energy back through a variety of outlets, including drawing, graphic design, and photography. That’s why I was drawn to Hoorah 2 Heroes – it celebrates the extraordinary that can exist in everyone, and seeks to awaken every person’s inner courage, selflessness, and verve for life. I’m proud and honored to help H2H in my graphical way, and can’t wait to see what amazing adventures and accomplishments this group has in its future!
